As a life coach I help people succeed in the five Fs of life. One of those Fs is Fitness. When most people hear the word “fitness” they may think of a gym or jogging or other strenuous physical fitness techniques. That is not what I mean by fitness. I use the word fitness as a general term for anything that affects our physical or mental health and wellness. It includes things like a healthy diet, nutritional supplements, exercise, stress management, getting proper rest, taking time out to smell the roses, and things like that.
I am not what you would consider grossly overweight or unfit, but I still am not exactly where I want to be in the fitness area of life. Well it doesn’t make sense for me to try to coach others in this area if I am not at the fitness point I want to be. So I am putting into practice what I teach. I am getting back to the healthy living that helped me lose over 40 lbs a few years ago.
I’ll be writing more about getting control of the fitness area of life in future posts. For now, I just wanted to let you know that I am the type of coach who practices what he teaches. I’m getting fit so I can help you get fit too.
